THE WORKSHOP

The Hands

Manuel Eguía

Before studying architecture at Ibero, Manuel was already a self-taught draughtsman, someone who found beauty in the small details of everyday life. That instinct, sharpened later at Herman Miller and through his own design furniture stores, became a standard he carries into his work: whoever can't read a space can't know its value — and that's not about money.
That path, and that discipline, are the pillars of Atelier today.

The Founder

Black and white portrait of a woman with wavy hair, wearing a dark top and crossed arms, looking confidently at the camera.

Mariana Abascal

Mariana came to real estate from an unusual trade: she worked as a mystery shopper, professionally assessing the quality of other people's service. She spent years observing what separates adequate attention from excellent attention, and now applies that same standard from the other side of the counter.

Professional Realtor

Professional Realtor

Santi Melendez

Santi comes from publishing: years as a photographer and editor, deciding which image makes the page and which doesn't. That discipline is exactly what the Collection asks for. He has lived in the United States and across several Mexican cities, and also cooks professionally — different trades with one constant: compose, edit, remove what is unnecessary.

Paco Hernández

Born and raised in San Miguel, into a family with generations in real estate. That double inheritance, the city and the trade, lets him read a property and its context at once. He works in Spanish, English and Italian.
